Kick off the first day of summer with great music and good vibes!
June 21st is both the Summer Solstice and International Yoga Day - and we are celebrating with a morning work-out event like no other. Join us for yoga, for dancing, or for both!
- 7AM - Yoga flow with Emily Rose Duea
- 8AM - Dance(party) work-out with DJ Omaur Bliss
- 9AM - Agua Frescas, compliments of CRISP & GREEN
Skip the gym. This will be way more fun. Our goal is to give you an extra boost of positivity that you can carry with you into your day. Come salute the sun and set some intentions for summer. When you leave, you'll feel invigorated, connected, and overflowing with enough energy to take on the world.
