Weddings, Events, & Business Development Coordinator

We are recruiting for a dynamic collaborator who is interested in growing with our team.  The coordinator will work directly with the company founder on specific events as well as on developing and implementing a new sales and marketing strategy. This is contract, part-time role with flexible hours, with the potential to grow into a permanent position.  It's a great  opportunity for an ambitious events professional who is eager to learn and take the next step in their career.  


  • Coordinate event planning and production for multiple events throughout the year

  • Source venue and vendor quotes

  • Track and update event budgets

  • Assist in developing event logistic documents

  • Assist on-site at events from set-up to tear-down

  • Work with team to develop sales & marketing strategy and coordinate implementation

  • Pitch to potential wedding clients and serve as point of contact for clients landed.


  • 1-2+ years experience working on events and/or weddings

  • High attention to detail

  • Very strong customer service and communication skills

  • Passion for creativity and delivering excellence
