Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
We are seeking a part-time administrative assistant (or virtual assistant) who is a master of organization and time management. The assistant will support the company founder with scheduling, email management, project coordination, and other administrative duties, and may also assist other team members as needed. This is contract, part-time role with flexible hours, with the potential to grow into a permanent position. We are currently working remotely though there may be some instances where in-person meetings are required, once safety guidelines are lifted.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Coordinate meeting scheduling and maintain master calendar
-
Assist with email correspondence and help manage 2 inboxes
-
Track and update project calendars
-
Assist in developing basic documents such as proposals, contracts, and project timelines
-
Assist with pre-event preparations (with an opportunity to work on-site at events if assistant desires)

Track receipts and manage expense reporting
-
Additional office-management duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
-
1-2+ years experience working in an office environment in an administrative capacity
-
High attention to detail
-
Very strong organizational skills
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Knowledge of office management procedures and basic understanding of office equipment

Understanding of basic office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, & PPT, Google Docs, Gmail
-
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and ask for help when needed

Passion for delivering excellence

Weddings, Events, & Business Development Coordinator
We are recruiting for a dynamic collaborator who is interested in growing with our team. The coordinator will work directly with the company founder on specific events as well as on developing and implementing a new sales and marketing strategy. This is contract, part-time role with flexible hours, with the potential to grow into a permanent position. RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate event planning and production for multiple events throughout the year

Source venue and vendor quotes

Track and update event budgets

Assist in developing event logistic documents

Assist on-site at events from set-up to tear-down

Work with team to develop sales & marketing strategy and coordinate implementation

Pitch to potential wedding clients and serve as point of contact for clients landed.

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2+ years experience working on events and/or weddings
